Order Minimums
$400 Minimum Delivery 

We do often make exceptions to our minimums when an event fits well in our schedule, delivery route and at slower times of the year. You’ll also have the option to pick up small items that may fit in a regular size vehicle. Feel free to submit a quote and we’ll review.

How much is delivery, set up and pick up?

The cost of delivery & pick up varies depending on the location of your venue, and ease of access for drop off and set up. Set up is an additional fee which depends on the number of items that need to be set up. Please submit a quote to get more information.

Do you provide a service to set up and breakdown rentals?
Yes, we do. The service is completely optional and client can decide to do this on their own. Set up and breakdown charges depend on a few factors; such as type and number of rentals.

Is a deposit require to book your services?
Yes, we require a 20% advance payment to hold your event rentals when you plan to book with us. Full payment is due 7 days before your event date. Please note that larger events may include a non-refundable deposit clause which will be clearly outlined before sending contract. 

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined in our contract. When requesting a quote, contract will be sent for you to review and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Do you have insurance and can you provide a certificate of liability form if needed?
Yes, we have standard $1,000,000 general liability insurance and we are happy to provide upon request after booking your event with us.

What areas do you provide services to?
We provide our services to almost all areas in Greater San Diego. Primarily to South Bay area, East County and Central San Diego.

Depending order type and scheduling, we may deliver to north county area. These areas may have a higher minimum for rental.
